infiniteDeploy.com ("we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

• Technical request data: IP address, browser type and requested pages, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider when you visit.
• Consent preference: your cookie/consent choice and its timestamp, stored in your browser's localStorage on your device.
• Messages you send us: if you contact us or enrol via WhatsApp, the details you choose to share (such as your name, phone number and the course you ask about) are handled in WhatsApp.

The Agentic AI Test runs in your browser. Your answers and score are not sent to our servers or stored by us. We do not currently have user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

• To deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• To remember your consent choice.
• To respond to enquiries and course enrolment requests you initiate.
• To analyse site usage, only if you choose "Accept all" in the consent banner.

We process personal data only for these purposes, based on your consent or for the limited legitimate uses permitted by the Act.

• Server logs: retained for the period set by our hosting provider, and not used for profiling.
• Consent preference: stays in your browser until you clear site data.
• Enquiry messages: kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal obligations, then deleted.

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes request data on our behalf.
• WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram and LinkedIn: if you click links to these services, they process your data under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal data.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we process about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure of data that is no longer needed for its purpose.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, as easily as it was given. Clear this site's data in your browser to reset your banner choice, or email us.
• Grievance redressal and the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India if your grievance is not resolved.

To exercise your rights or raise a concern, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@infinitedeploy.com. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve them within a reasonable period.

We use HTTPS with HSTS, and security headers such as X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options and a strict referrer policy. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.
